At Warehouse Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment and provide a hassle-free 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your operations continue smoothly by offering quick resolutions for any order discrepancies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy-duty machinery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned supplies, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
