Machine Guard Panels easily attach to Posts to create custom-fit barrier partition system around machines and industrial equipment for protecting employees and keep a safe work environment. Manufactured in the USA from heavy gauge durable steel with an industrial powder coated finish. Adjustable Panels are made using heavy-duty 10-gauge welded wire mesh with 14 gauge steel angle framing around the perimeter. Panels have a black powder coat finish, while Posts have a yellow powder coated finish. Panels easily rotate from 0 to 180° angels.  Posts are made from 2 in x 2 in x 1/8 inch thick square steel tubing with a welded base plate that allows floor anchoring. These All-welded, modular, stackable systems allow you to build wire partitions of any size and configuration. Panels can be stacked to heights up to 20' and bolted to posts using typical hand tools. Folding Guards full line of hinged, double hinged, and sliding doors are available (Call for More Options). Complies with OSHA, EPA and ANSI specifications. Limited 1-Year Warranty

• Panels: Frame is Made from 14 Gage Galvanized Steel with a 1.5" x 1.5" Diameter. Wire Mesh is Made from 10 Gage Welded Wire with a 1.25" x 2.5" Grid.
• Posts: Base Plates are 2.5" Thick Steel with a 2" x 6" Foot Print. Posts are Made from 16 Gage Galvanized Steel with a 2" x 2" Diameter.
• Doors: Standard Doors are Hinged with a Padlock Access and Made with the Same Perimeters as the Panels. (Call for Other Door Options)
